Recently the new hit TV show "Landscape artist of the year Canada" aired on Makeful. In episode 1, I competed with roughly 17 other artists in the episode to gain a spot to compete in the final episode.

The task was to complete a painting in four hours. If your not experienced at landscape painting I can tell you that this is a huge task. I produced a conservative size painting as I didn't want to go too big and not finish. This enabled me to spend a little more time on the painting and really think about what I wanted to paint. When the judges told me that I had won the wildcard artist I was thrilled. Both Judges were amazing and I thank them for the honour.

It was an exhilarating experience and would love to participate again.
